Donations Refund Policy

 

At Jackie’s Angels, we honor every contribution with gratitude and transparency. Your support helps us provide resources, comfort, and community care to families in need. Because donations directly fund our programs, we handle refund requests with intention and fairness.

 

1. General Policy

 

All donations are considered final once they are received. Refunds are typically not issued, as funds are used immediately to support our outreach, supplies, and community programs.

 

2. Refunds for Accidental or Duplicate Donations

 

We understand that mistakes happen. Refunds may be granted in the following situations: Duplicate donations made in error

Incorrect donation amounts. Unauthorized transactionsRequests must be submitted within 7 days of the donation date.
